LOVE YOUR LIFE

"Reducing the number of possessions is not a goal on itself – is a method for individuals to find things that are genuinely important to them"- Fumio Sasaki, "Goodbye, Things"

"You can answer your own question. You already know the answer, if you can just gain access to it." -
Michael Crichton
Why declutter?
"The things you own end up owning you" - Tyler Durden, "Fight Club"

Do you like this quote? I do. And I don't. Because too often it is true: we fill our lives with things (not just possessions – all things around us) that end up owning us. We worry, we stress, we are restless.
And what is YOUR life filled with?
"The important thing in tidying is not deciding what to discard but rather what you want to keep in your life" - Marie Kondo, "Spark Joy"

What do YOU want to keep?
"Reduce the things that aren't essential, so we can appreciate the things that really are precious to us." - Fumio Sasaki, "Goodbye, Things"
So what is precious to YOU?
What do you need, love & enjoy in your life?
And then - part with the rest.
"Je ne regrette rien." - Edit Piaff

Decluttering

The way I like to work is based on a combination of Co-Active Life-Coaching, Minimalist philosophy and KonMari decluttering method.

"What sparks joy for you personally? And what doesn't? The answers to these questions represent a major clue for getting to know yourself as a recipient of the gift of life." - Marie Kondo, "Spark Joy"

The concept of a session, as most of the best things in life, is very simple:
- Decide what you need to keep, and what you don't
- Then, find the right place for everything you need to keep, in your house.

My role will be to guide you through this process, so that together we will make it a meaningful, enjoyable, and rewarding experience.

Co-Active Life Coaching is an experience of personal development. Its main principle is that every person is naturally creative, resourceful and whole; and absolutely capable of finding your answers to whatever challenges or questions you are facing in your life.

The job of a Co-Active Coach (me!) is to facilitate the process for you to uncover the answers:
I will ask thought-provoking questions, listen and empower your skills and creativity, rather than instruct or advise you. I will create the space and give you the tools, so you can hear your answers.

Hello! I am Natalia, and I live in Amsterdam.

If you are reading this, we have something in common – we want to enjoy our life, and are ready to act on it.
I love life (don't we all?), and enjoy a lot of things! Yet I couldn't help feeling busy in my head most of the times. Sounds familiar?
I figured that what gave me piece of mind was less things to worry about. Less stuff, less unimportant things that I carried with me at all times in my mind. It was quite a process to come to this conclusion (through lots of decluttering), and suddenly I understood: I was always a minimalist at heart. I only didn't realize it until now.
So I have made something I believe in and love doing into my profession.
I am also a certified Co-Active Life Coach, helping people "declutter" their minds and access their true essence on further – emotional - level.
